Hand and Feet massage combines reflexology, healing energy and deep tissue massage. Gentle pressure is used on your meridian points corresponding to your body’s organs and systems. These meridians are accessed through the lines of the bones and joints.
Deep tissue energy healing massage encourages blood flow, increases energy for healing and balancing, and improves mobility and flexibility. Reflexology works deep alongside the bones and joints with a specific release technique rather than muscle manipulation.
